Edmonton Collegiate Prep (ECP) is a premier winter softball development program dedicated to developing athletes. Founded in 2023, ECP has quickly established itself as one of Northern Alberta's leading high-performance softball programs.
In just three seasons, ECP teams have captured 2 Provincial Gold Medals and 2 Provincial Silver Medals, while consistently competing among the province's top programs across the world. More importantly, ECP has already helped 16 athletes earn opportunities to continue their softball careers at colleges and universities in the United States, with five additional athletes committed to NJCAA and NCAA programs for the fall of 2026.
Our athlete-centred development model supports players from U13 through U19, providing age-appropriate, high-performance training designed to build complete athletes. Through specialized instruction in hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and mental performance, athletes develop the technical skills, physical tools, and confidence needed to excel both on and off the field.
Led by an accomplished coaching staff and supported by industry-leading technology, including Rapsodo, pitchLogic, and individualized athlete performance tracking, ECP provides measurable development in every aspect of the game. Athletes who commit to the training process experience significant improvements in their performance, game awareness, confidence, and overall athletic ability.
At ECP, we believe long-term success is built through consistency, dedication, and a commitment to continuous growth. Our mission is to create an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and prepared to compete with confidence at the provincial, national, collegiate, and beyond.
