So excited to be a part of the Warriors program! I have been coaching many different sports for over 20 years. I have coached "kicking daisy soccer" all the way to team Alberta football vying for a national championship. I possess a Level 2 certification in Hockey and Football, Level 1 in Soccer and Baseball. Last year I was a co-Head coach in community ball in Edmonton and enjoyed supporting the young ladies, our team won Citys in our tier!
Currently, I am an assistant director and Head coach of a U13 all girls hockey team in Edmonton. Focus for my coaching style are the fundamentals, "in the moment coaching" and communication. Everything we do as coaches is to build the girls up and improve in sport, all the while looking to support them in their personal life goals. I have a very easy formula that is a hallmark of how we prepare. E X S = R.... Effort (What the girls put in) X Skills/Strategies (what the coaches will provide) = Results (what we will achieve together) GO Warriors GO!!
